If you are thinking of hiring a full time house helper, then it is good you go in for Nannies. Because nanies are those meant for house help. they take responsibility of a child training ,washing of cloths, bowls and all kinds of house work. while au pair on the hand are normally aged between the aged of 17 to 27 and are normally educated. they can be employed by the government, they are also part of the family, take part in family issues so they cannot be considered as house helpers. so it is better you for the Nannies for your house help.

Hi there the first difference at all is Au Pairs usually just care of the child till they completly a determined age, so they don't usualy build a family carrier, but some nannies do still working with the family even after the kids all have growed and still following the family, second difference is Au Pairs usualy are young woman that work with childcare as long nannies usualy are older and more experient compared with au pairs, the 3rd difference is the salary rates Au pairs charge less than nannies, and au pairs are connected with the goverment so you will always have the relationship determined by you and some exchange program drived by the goverment, as long that nannies are the relationship based on employeer and employee. hope it will help your issue.

An Au Pair is from another country and must live with the family that is hiring them. You must find an Au Pair directly from an agency due to the fact that they will be coming from another country. A nannny is from the same country as the hiring family and can either live with the family or in her own home. Secondly, you can hire a nanny without an agency the same was you would hire a babby sitter.
