Can Posthypnotic Suggestion Decrease Delivery Pain?
|
I have been thinking about having a drug-free birth. I am exploring all my options and I am considering part of my plan being hypnosis. I have read about hypnotherapy techniques, but I was wondering about seeing an actual hypnotherapist a couple times prior to delivery. Would post-hypnotic suggestion decrease my delivery pain?

Thursday 13th of May 2010 05:59:59 PM OK your idea is good, there are many books written about hypnotherapy techniques. You can buy many of them on net,but you must be aware of the scams or you can also get it at clickbank.com also also net or the book shops at your area. As you said already you can just go direct and see the hypnotherapist him or her self. But my big advice is that, always make sure you go to hospital for delivery.

Monday 15th of March 2010 01:20:52 PM the answer is all about how you work about the hypnotic thechniques, itys not all people that can work over hypnoze, some get really well at it and even worth the try,. but others can get along trying and just don't get to work at it. As long as I know yes the hypnosis can help you if it works to you, coz you must be relaxed more than normaly you should b, but the results are completly particular to each different person.
