Where Do I Find Self Hypnotherapy Techniques For Labor?

I was watching a talk show today and they were talking about hypnotherapy for childbirth. They gave a couple vague tips, but I really want to find out more. Where can I find hypnotherapy techniques that I can use for labor?

Check out your local book store. There are plenty of online resources as well, but having a book (an many come with CS's) that you can take with you to the delivery will be very helpful - you may not remember everything, and it will be a good reference for others so they can support you better.

In general hypnotherapy techniques are used for people who are under stress. Whatever therapy you take, delivery is an instantaneous one and your reactions to the situations would be spontaneous, you cannot hyponotise you delivery pain, it is a natural pain and goes for naturally, hypnotherapy may make your will power strong, but my personal opinion is during delivery a woman goes to a state where emotions come into play, you will forget all the hypnotherapy techniques naturally and you would be reacting to the situations at that time, keep your mind relaxed enjoy your pregnancy rest would be taken care of automatically.
