Are There Parenting Classes For Pregnant Couples?
|
I know there are several options for birthing classes. We've already signed up for one. Our issue is, neither of us has had a lot of exposure to babies in general. Are there any classes for pregnant couples to take before the baby comes?

Monday 15th of March 2010 11:24:10 AM yes you can look to see if your healthy care offers you an option of join the support groups to future parents. These groups often will offers you classes to help you how to care of the baby, how to give them a shower, how hold and so on, some of classes are theorical ones others will bring you to a pratical class where you can simulate the situations with a baby doll. You just need to do a search and you might find many options, cheers.

Sunday 4th of April 2010 03:09:37 AM The hospital you will be giving birth at, will almost surely have classes lined up or will give recommendations prior to delivery. If not, the best resource would be the nurses at the ob/gyne clinic you go to.

Thursday 18th of March 2010 05:17:19 PM If you are interested in parenting classes the best one to ask is the instructor that is giving the birthing class. Sometimes this same person also has parenting classes. You may also ask at the hospital where your baby will be born. Hospitals now have many classes for new parents.
