Is Chiropractic Care Okay During Pregnancy?
I was in a car accident when I was 18 that messed up my back. I haven't had a lot of problems with it since I received chiropractic treatment. Now that I am 22 weeks along, I'm starting to get those old pains back again. Can I see a chiropractor while I'm still pregnant?

yes it is okay to get chiropratic care as long as you get along witha professional that is able to apply it in pregnanct women, is not everyone that is able to offer that service and on pregnancy women that method need to have some different ways to be praticed. so yes it can be safe as long as you get the right person to do that. Good Lucky.

After your consultants advice you can have it done. But before have that let the chiropractor know that you are pregnant and they should be more than caring as usual. It is safe to visit a chiropractor during your pregnancy, and also highly beneficial for you. All chiropractors are specially trained to treat pregnant women, but you may want to do a little research and find one who specializes in prenatal or perinatal care.

I am really not sure if it is normal to have chiropractic care, better consult your ob gyne about it. Please take note that everything you must want to undergo during pregnancy should be consulted to your doctor. Most of us mommies want to have a healthy baby, so we should take care of our body during pregnancy. And, this things will be successful if we consistently have prenatal check ups and asks our doctors about unusual happenings of our body during this period.
