Transitional Cribs, Are They Worth The Extra Money?
|
I am trying to pick out a crib and I'm a little surprised by the variety available. I was thinking about one of those transitional cribs that change from a crib to a toddler bed and then a twin bed. Are they sturdy enough to make the extra money worthwhile?

Thursday 18th of March 2010 05:14:58 PM Transitional beds are a great idea if you do not intend to have another child to whom you will hand the crib down. In buying such a crib be sure that it is safe with all of the proper guard rails when it is changed into a toddler bed. I have heard of sine children not wanting to sleep in the new toddler bed because do not believe it is their bed. Children become attached to things that are their own and the bed is such an attachment. Give this a lot of thought before making such an investment.
