Can House Plants Really Help?
I heard that house plants can help filter the air and make your home environment more healthy. What do they mean by this? Can adding plants to your house really help a pregnant woman to stay healthy?

Yes, it does. Plants inside your house is a healthy idea. Plants does not only give a beauty to you home, but it does to your health. It gives more air because it filters the air from outside. You can feel the freshness of the air when you have a plant inside your house.

hello there, the home plants are really great but while you are pregnant is better avoid plants and contact with flowers and some herbes, as long as i know doctors says that is better avoid plants and flowers during that time coz of some can hit up allergies, and others are not safety coz they must become dangerous of some substancies they product can not be so great for the pregnant women, and you can ask your doctor about it and see if it is a great option for you.

Aside from aesthetic purposes, plants really contribute to cleaning up the air in the environment. Especially in the case among pregnant women, proper ventilation and a good amount of oxygen is necessary for the mother to aid the proper growth and development of the growing fetus. adding plants to your home is a good idea..
