Wednesday 17th of February 2010 01:33:54 AM Every pregnancy is different, and not only between women also between two pregnancies in the same woman. During my first pregnancy I suffered not once from morning sickness, but I got another problem: from week 12 I suffered from pelvic instability (SPD)which made walking or even getting up a struggle. This time around (week 8) I definitely know where the toilet is in our house as I have had morning sickness from day 1, I am now hoping that SPD will be skipped this time around. So it is really unpredicatable if you get any pregnancy symptons and when they will occure.

Monday 15th of February 2010 04:08:59 AM No. It varies from person to person. One could be having morning sickness, the other may not, the other may have it all the time. One could have food aversions or food cravings or increase in appetite. One could have mind bending migraines. And the usual start of most symptoms are around the second month. Although there are people who don't feel anything different until the fifth month.
Personally, I had food aversions, food cravings and morning sickness during the morning and late afternoons.

Tuesday 2nd of March 2010 12:54:35 PM No, not all women are the same. Some women suffer a heavy dose of morning sickness in the first trimester but some are more fortunate with a mild case. There are women suffering from frequent migraines who say that since the pregnancy, their headaches lessened dramatically especially in the first and second trimester. Of course, there are still a few who suffer the opposite.

Tuesday 16th of February 2010 08:31:51 PM No, not all have symptoms and will be just shock to see they have bloating tummies. Some are very vulnerable and had a lot of symptoms. On the average, pregnant women experiences early symptoms in just 2 weeks. Most of the early symptoms can be mistaken with other pains and aches. Take for example the stomach ache and the back pain which I though was due to stress from work. I didnft take any over the counter drugs because I ran out of it, what a blessing!
