Pregnant Yoga For A Beginner
I don't do a lot of exercising on a regular basis. Now that I'm pregnant, I need to work out. I'd prefer something that is low impact and easy on my joints. I am considering taking a pregnancy yoga class. Do they have pregnancy yoga classes for a complete beginner?

They do have the classes available, but you will have to search for availability in your area. Make sure you talk to your doctor before you start any new workout regimen; your doctors office may also be able to provide you with some places that offer classes that are safe for you.
