Hi there, the time you will spend staying on the bithing center is all up to which method of birth will you pick or the ones that is necessary to your case, sometimes we plan to have natural birth but something comes out of the expect and take us to the cesarian, so the natural birth usualy makes you stay one day at the hospital if all runs as the expect you and your baby can back home on the next day, but if you need a cesarian sometimes it took you 2 or 3 days till be able to back home. hope it have helped you.

It depends on your body reaction after birth or it depends also on your baby' health. Usually if everything is normal, you can stay there 2 to 3 days. Just be strong and don't be nervous about child bearing. It just come naturally. Just be calm and pray everything will be all right.

Congratulations :-) Its a very good decision of you guys to look for a nearby birthing center, cause I did exactly the same thing. Guess what I delivered my baby 2 wks ahead of time. Regarding the birth center stay, I was there for almost an hour before delivery. I had complications so they had to do a c section. So its really important to have the nearest birthing center as possible.
