Here are some exercises that will help you stay fit during your pregnancy. Remember: Before you start any exercise program, consult with your health care provider. Your health care provider can give you personal exercise guidelines, based on your medical history. Pelvic floor exercises can help strengthen the muscles around the vagina and pelvis. Pelvic floor muscles support the baby, uterus and abdominal organs. 1. Squeeze the muscles around your vagina as if you are stopping urine flow. 2. Hold and count to 5 slowly. 3. Relax 4. Repeat several times. Breathing exercises can help you relax. They can also help you during labor. 1. Get in a comfortable position. 2. Breathe in slowly, counting to 5. 3. Breathe out slowly, counting to 5. 4. Concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles as you breathe out. Stretching can relieve leg cramps and backaches. It can also help tone muscles. Their are several stretches you can learn from. For example: 1. Bends (to stretch back muscles). 2. Trunk twists (to stretch stomach and back muscles). 3. Calf stretches. 4. You should ask your health care provider to show you these before trying them yourself.

Hello there future mommy, and there has not a special pregnancy sport to be followed, what you can do is ask your doctor what are the best sports and what he must indicate to you in your case. some pregnant women choose by hydro gimnastic, but that is just indicated after you have completed the 1st trimester, others do yoga, and some goes to aerobic sports, but sure each sport is indicated by your obstetrician coz he is the only one who knows the better one to you case. Cheers.

Walking keeps you fit without jarring your knees and ankles. It is safe throughout the nine months of pregnancy and can be built into your day-to-day schedule. Swimming exercises both large muscle groups (arms and legs), provides good cardiovascular benefits, and allows to feel weightless despite the extra weight of pregnancy. Yoga and stretching can help maintain muscle tone and keep you flexible with little if any impact on your joints.
