hello there, you should tell the truth about your case, coz the informations are pretty important for your doctor knows what tests he can ask first, how carefully your pregnancy must be assisted as well, and some healthy problems that your baby can born with too, all it come with the study of the family history. So you should tell he pr she that you are adoptee and you dont have informations about the past generations. have a happy pregnancy.

Just tell her the truth, anyway she will not care if you are real daughter or adopted one. She does not care about your background I suppposed. What she will be up to is to you and your baby's health. Beside, you can not have the chance to talk personal matters because it is more on the growth of your baby and body changes.
