Can I Get My Tubes Tied At A Catholic Hospital?
|
The obstetrician that I've been seeing is associated with a Catholic hospital. I'm absolutely positive that I don't want any more children after this baby. Will they allow me to get my tubes tied when I have my c-section?

Saturday 13th of March 2010 11:05:57 AM I don't know about the catholic hospitals, but I do believe its up at all medical centers and at all hospitals been carefully about the tie the tubes as long some questions don't be take serioulsy as, have you more than 30 years old?? is the first pregnancy?? is that yopur final decision???, that are the questions that all doctors will ask you many times before decide that tie your tubes is the best choice. coz sooner or later you can regret your decision specialy if you are at your first pregnancy. And I don't believe the catholic institution would be against your decision.

Tuesday 23rd of March 2010 05:58:34 AM Definitely, I dont think they would object to it, I feel you already have enough children, so they should not resist based on catholic principles, I think several missionary hospitals are doing this so there should not be any problems to you. After all they are going to do this on your wish only and not on thier own.
