Advice from friends is always free until you sick from it. There should only be two people able to give you good nutritional advice and that is you doctor and a prenatal nutritionist. You can find the latter by either asking your doctor, or going to the hospital where you will have your baby and seeing the nutritionist there. Tell your friends you have all the help you need from your doctor and nutritionist so they can just "bug off."
