Truth is, exercise is not recommended during pregnancy after 3rd month. The baby can be on risk. The best is to do an smooth routine, using for example big balls. You can sit on your back or your stomach, or make small routines with your hips, but those what you like, mmmmm... I don“t think so....

hello there future mom, you must check with your doctor what is the right choice to you, and how and how often you must pratice, during the first trimester of pregnancy is always great don't over work your body carrying heavy things or doing so much exercise, the problem is not stress out your baby, you must carry about how the exercises must impact your body as well coz some sports are not recomended to pregnant women counting the risks of pratice them, i wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy.

Dear mother, exercise only benefits the mother and baby. Do not be afraid to do exercise, since they do not practice too much to the point of feeling ill or in a state of fatigue.
