Actually during pregnancy never treat it as a problem, or sickness, just think of it sa natural creation and must have possitive approach. Though you have limited time to do your usual thing when you were not pregnant. Think possitively that you are in good health, you are feeling well, then it all comes naturally happy and healthy. Don't tire your self too much. Otherwise, you can see a doctor if what you feel does not ease you comfortably.

hello there future mom, some problems start to improve after the 1st trimester, others just happens to some durring the first trimester, but for others some just show up after the 1st trimester. so its not possible to say for sure when they must get better. I personaly took a hell time during my 3rd to my 7th month of pregnancy suffering from stomach cramps. but you can ask your doctor in your next appointment and see what you can use as a support to the awfull periods. cheers

Yes, there is one solution: baby born! I pass all the same problems and, yes, is a torture. However, there is nothing we can do. All the problems are originated in the extra weight we have to carry. And it´s getting worst in the 3rd period. Try to do not effort.
