My Pregnancy Stomach Is Too Heavy.
|
I'm 33 weeks along and my belly is getting huge. I am starting to feel awkward when I walk and my back hurts. Is there any sort of product out there to help support my pregnancy stomach and support my back?

Friday 12th of March 2010 10:25:02 AM hello there dear, so yes you can find some belts that are designed to pregnant women so you wear them lower your belly and it helps you to support your belly so it will help you to not make your back over work and hurts, some positions can help you as well like when you lay, lay by your left side, and put a pillow between your legs, it helps you to rest your back too.

Saturday 20th of March 2010 02:51:19 PM I had the same problem. My doctor told me to wear a cushion with "U" shape. It is very comfortable, and helps a lot with the pain of the back. In the last month I used it not only over the chairs, but also to sleep on it. I had a terrible pain on one hip,so in bed a had to sleep over the other side. The cushion helps you to rotate of position with no pain. It's great!

Sunday 21st of March 2010 02:22:31 AM Well, it is common to have a huge belly with increase in the growth of the child, this is nothing abnormal, it is a routine one. But only care to be taken is that there is not to much water in the belly which could cause frequent urination that may strain your back. Only solution is lying on the bed and taking rest whenever you feel there is a pain in the back or use cushioned chairs so that there is no strain on your spinal cord which may cause bak pain / back hurts.
