Have Tilted Uterus Hoping For Pregnancy
|
I have been being tested for infertility. After having a pelvic ultrasound, my doctor says I have a tilted uterus. He says that while it is possible to get pregnant, it is harder to conceive. Do you have any tips on how to achieve pregnancy with a tilted uterus?

Saturday 20th of March 2010 02:44:54 PM I hve exactly the same problem, and I can tell you that achieve pregnancy is no problem for me. I think maybe your doctor is not very update, because that is an old idea (wrong, indeed). If you want to be absolutely sure, you can use a pillow under your hips, to help your couple and get pregnant.

Sunday 21st of March 2010 02:18:55 AM This should not be big issue as such. There are women who have become pregnant and have had successful delivery. While more precautions are needed in such cases, as avoiding travel, avoiding strainfull activities, avoiding stress both mental and body. Proper fooding and to think and worry about it atleast in the intial three to four months, once it womb is set and matured a bit, there is no need to worry, then utmost care in required in the last two months for sucessful delivery.

Tuesday 16th of March 2010 04:33:44 AM Your case is almost the same as mine. Me too have retroverted ovary. Though sound different, but not sure if it is really the same. My other ob gyne informed me also that I am infertile due to hormonal imbalance, that I have more male hormones than female hormones. I had made second opinion to other doctor. She took care of me monthly, gave me prescribed medicines, and had monitored my ovulation monthly. Then for now my baby is 3 years old already. We are planning to have another one, And I think need to undergo medication again because of my situation. You too can have second opinion to achieve productive result.
