Halfway Through The First Trimester And Can't Stop Crying!
I 9 weeks along and I'm so emotional about everything. When I'm happy, I cry. When I'm sad, I cry. When the toilet paper roll runs out, I cry. My husband thinks its funny, but I don't. Will I be able to get a grip when I'm through my first trimester?

dear sometimes the pregnancy hormones can mess up a bit and work over our sensibilities and emotions, but it usualy get better after the 1st trimester when the body is already getting used to have a baby growing and the hormones now are dropping not multiplicating so high like when the pregnancy started, besides all this things you should look exactly if your cry is just a sensibility or if it has some emotional reason. I bet the best person that can explains to you is the doctor that is watching you now. cheers

During my 1st to last trimester I was really and always was so emotional at everything. I really hope that your emotions will get a grip after the 1st trimester. But if it doesn't, what I did before was to keep listening to classical musics. I'm not really a fan of it but it really helps. It doesn't only soothes my mood but also makes my baby very active inside. As if he's moving to the rhythm and enjoying the sound. Hope it works for you as well. Good luck and Congratulations :-)

I had the same problem, but after a while just desappears. It's not easy for us, no mather how funny can be for the rest. The best is try to take everything easily, and try to worried as less as possible. If you think is too difficult, see a doctor. Maybe he can give you something to help you to relax.
