Lost One Of My Twins, Coping With Pregnancy Loss.
I was overjoyed when I found out that I was having twins. My doctor sent me to a specialist for high risk pregnancies. When the tech did my ultrasound, I was only pregnant with one baby. I know that I should be happy, but I can't help but mourn the loss of my second baby. Is there anywhere that I can talk to other mom's who have dealt with this kind of pregnancy loss?

Well, it's really a sad thing losing one of two. There are no words to console you, but thank God that you have one. There are couples who are longing for kids, but do not have one. Forget and concentrate on the child god has given you, make him or her happy, dont mourn for the thing that has gone by. Don't loose heart, always God has had very valuable reasons for doing this. Take care.

I'm so sorry for what happened. No words can ever be comforting enough for anyone who is mourning for the lost of a loved one. But I still hope that you'll keep yourself strong for your other child's sake. Well with regards to coping and being able to talk or read about topics relating to your case, here's a link from about.com: http://forums.about.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?folderId=1&listMode=13&nav=messages&webtag=ab-miscarriage I hope in someways it will be helpful to you. Be strong.
