Folic Acid
I have heard a lot about taking folic acid supplements during pregnancy. What exactly is the importance of folic acid? Are there any significant risks to my baby if I don't get enough?

Folic acid is a B9 vitamin which is very important for women who are trying to get pregnant and/ or are in the first stages of pregnancy. It is proven to help to prevent neuro tube defects in your developing baby. You can buy prenatal vitamins at your local drugstore. The prenatal vitamins will include the right amount of folic acid recommended.

the acid folic is important for fixed the egg on the uterus wall, then to help of the growth of the baby. it is a substitute for a hormon that is needed for intrauterine life. you can take the folic acid from food, fruits, vegi but also from pills.it is important to suppliment you need with those pills of folic acid

Folic acid helps in your babyfs brain development. It promotes better skull formation, healthy brain and can even make your baby more intelligent. Therefs a big difference between babies with mothers taking less folic acid during their pregnancy. These babies are not that healthy and very frail. When you drink your milk high in folic acid and your daily vitamins, it should be enough.

Folic acid is a derivative of vitamin B, essential for the development of the fetus. Doctors do not advise pregnant with the level of the vitamin below normal. Recent research has indicated that a nutritional supplement taken in the period before pregnancy and until it is complete 12 weeks of pregnancy reduces the risk of malformation of the nervous system of the child.

folic acid is very useful during pregnancy ,if you are planning for pregnancy then you can also start taking it even before you get pregnant. folic acid is a component that helps to build up cells and as can be understood that in pregnancy the cells building is very important for the foetus. that is why folic acid supplements are advised during the pregnancy. it is specially important during the first month of the foetus as the formation of brain and spinal cord take place at that time and not taking sufficient folic acid at time can hamper the child growth therefore for proper growth and development of the child during pregnancy folic acid is very important.

Folic acid is Vitamin B, which is found in leafy green veggies. Particularly in early pregnancy, the intake of folic acid is to help reduce the occurrence of birth defects like spina bifida, where the baby is born with the spinal cord outside of the spine itself.

Folic acid supplement is vitamin B that help, generates and develop the brain and spinal cord of the unborn baby. Adults need this too to reduce any heart ailment, protection against colon and cervical cancer and Alzheimer's disease. Normally we need about 400mg/day but during pregnancy doctors oftentimes increase the dosage. Sometimes a cause for miscarriage if not, worst the baby suffer the Neural Tube Disorder.
