Getting Through The First Trimester Of Pregnancy.
|
I don't know how I'm going to get through the first trimester of my pregnancy! I still have 4 weeks to go and I feel absolutely terrible all the time. Its seems that none of the pregnancy symptoms have missed me and on top of it I'm so nervous I'll do something that will cause a miscarriage, I'm practically afraid of my own shadow. Do you have any tips to get a tired, sick feeling worrywart through the first trimester of her pregnancy?

Thursday 18th of March 2010 10:32:31 AM Many scientists have determined that the sickness associated with pregnancy is caused by the heightened sense of smell. This being said, there are a few things you can do. Make sure that you do not use annoying air fresheners or candles. Switch all your soaps, lotions, and laundry detergents to unscented. Refrain from using any perfumes at this time and ask your husband and coworkers to do the same.
Stick with food and drink that does not bother you. A lot of the time milk products and bland foods such as crackers and oatmeal will help you.
You may also buy wrist bands that utilize pressure points to help you feel better. Rest assured that this will pass, and it will all be worth it!

The best way to minimize the pregnancy symthoms are get lots of rest, eat well, drink lots of liquids, avoid coffe and teas, avoid spice food, walk regularly for one hour a day everyday, and don't leave your stomach empty for so long.

Try to take part in volunteer services render your services to some NGO or other group, or you can made a little things to your baby you can made by your hand for him or her which can be dresses, bedsheets bed covers etc. or you can involve yourself in daily routine much as much as you can.
