You can ask help from relatives, parents,or friends who have gone the stage already. There also the centers for pregnant women. You have to go on prenatal checkup, it will help a lot. The doctors can help you better, so don't miss it. You can also search in the internet about pregnant women, you can find help there.

the best way to find all the needed pregnancy help is look for a doctor, and book you an appointment so the doctor will answer all your doubts and clarify the issues you have about this subject. and since you wait your appointment you can find some sites that offers you a support with texts and topics where you can find somethings that might give you some support about your doubt.

If an adult like a parent or older sister or friend not available to help seek help from birthing/pregnancy centers. The latter are usually found in every city for single mom's. If you don't know where one is look in yellow pages. Also start taking thiamine and prenatal vitamins (you can buy over the counter) until you see a physician.
