I Can't Seem To Lose This Pregnancy Weight.

My baby is almost six months old and I can't seem to lose this pregnancy weight. I was 124 pounds at my first prenatal appointment, now 15 months later, I weigh 136. I lost some of the pounds, but I can't get the rest off. I'm so frustrated, is there anything I can do to get rid of this nasty pregnancy weight?

Friday 12th of March 2010 06:47:41 AM hi there, sure you can try do somethings that must help you to lose your weight, go for a walk with your baby at last once a day for an hour or 2, breastfeed your baby it will for sure help you to lost weight, get your meals more balanced eat more vegetables and proteins, and give your body time to respond to you. wish you a good lucky.

What my doctors asked me to do am sharing with you the same.
Here are three exercises to do with your newborn.
1. While laying on your back put the kid on your legs, hold the babe’s chest or shoulders with your hands. Slowly lift your hands and feet to lift the baby. Do a few of these until you are worn-out.
2. Hold the little one and slow squat down. At least do 10 reps before resting, repeat until your legs are worn-out.
3. child lifts are also a extremely simple exercise that you can do. Simply hold the infant under the arms securely and then lift him to about face level and then down to your chest and then face level. Repeat as numerous times as you like.

Wednesday 17th of March 2010 04:25:14 PM Well it depends on what you are already doing. It is important to remember that diet alone will not shed the weight. You need to get some exercise. But also remember that it is not as quick and easy as the Hollywood stars make it seem. It is quite normal that only after 6 months can real weight loss occur. my advise would be to employ a personal trainer or join a post pregnancy weight loss exercise group.
