How Do I Know If I'm Having A Miscarrage?
I think I might be having a miscarrage. I never took a pregnancy test, but my period was due 3 weeks ago. I started having cramps today like nothing I've ever felt before. I'm in so much pain and I'm scared, but I'm afraid to tell my mom what's going on. Am I having a miscarrage and if so, should I go to the ER?

I think you should go to the ER, first at all it is completly impossible to diagnose yourself at home, second that either me or you are not doctors, the third reason is since you described that you had your period 3 weeks ago, it is not possible to be sure if you are not pregnant or if you are for yourself, so the best choice to check what is going on is go to a ER. hope all turns well for you.

First thing, take a pregnancy test and know if you are pregnant, if so, go to the doctor immediately and have a check up. If you are having a miscarriage there should be bleeding, though there might be another problem since you feel so much pain, consult your doctor.

First took a pregnancy test secondly share with your mother if it is not possible the do consult a doctor instead of going ER. For ER you have to wait for your turn might be you get first chance but think to get appointment for your doctor ASAP.Your pain tells something stange going on might be it is of miscarriage but have to take pregnancy test as well to confirm that u r pregnant or not or the pain is for other thing like appendix or etc.
