I'm Thinking Of A Pregnancy Magazine For My Daughter.

I'm wondering if a pregnancy magazine subscription would be a good gift for my daughter. She lives in Arizona and I am in New York. I know that she is a little down, because I'm not there to help her through this. I want to send her something thoughtful to cheer her up. Do you think a pregnancy magazine subscription is a good idea, or should I go for something more traditionally sentimental?

While pregnancy magazine subscriptions are a good idea, since she is feeling lonely due to your uncontrolled absence, why not put a scrap book together for her that has pictures of her at different ages. Include cards that detail why that picture was taken and what it was about that day that made it so special.
In addition, put together a book of sucessful parenting tips that worked for you, humourous parenting ancedotes, or a DVD voicing how much you love her and the expected baby.

I think you should give her what you feel more likely to give, pregnancy magazines are cool, but you can always get her a pregnancy guide that is even better coz it explains her exactly the changes that her body will pass by, and the baby development during the pregnancy times, and always a book is more completly than a magazine. congrats furture grandma.

Yes definitely! Articles about pregnancy is a big help to expectant mothers. They gather a lot of information in these articles especially if it has experiences of other pregnant mothers. It is a big comfort and help especially to first time moms who still hasn't experienced pregnancy.
