Have you ever considered an outsider like a Doula? Doulas are trained and experienced to provide emotional support and advice as well as be a well informed birth coach. The other people in your life can still offer you additional support but you don't have to choose any one above the other.

Regarding your birth coach the couple you talked off kindly leave them or ignore them don't take me wrong but at a matter of fact they both have their own married life and so do have their own responsibilities. left are your two sisters i dont know how old they are buut if your one sister is below 20 years then also leave her take the elder one as your birth coach the reason is she is more responsible & mature enough to handle the situation of yours. remaining you have better idea.

Easily! You pick the one that you know will stand by you, protect you and stay strong for you for how ever long it take for baby to make his/her debut! Choose the person who understands your birthing wishes and can convey these requests to medical care staff. As for the other 3 people in your life, give them tasks that are just as important. For example, who will take you to the hospital? Who will help fill out any necessary forms? Who can babysit the other kids (if any)? Who can fill in if birth coach is suddenly unavaiable? Who will take pictures/videos? Can someone pitch in for postpartum duty? You are lucky indeed to have so many terrifc people around you! Good luck!
