Concerned About My Wife's Pregnancy Health
|
My wife is expecting and I am concerned about her pregnancy health. I am going to all her appointments with her, and have been reading all the books I can. I still worry because she seems so miserable (she's only 9 weeks along). I'm afraid with her constant nausea and fatigue that she's not getting enough to eat or enough rest. How can I be supportive and encourage her towards good pregnancy health even when she's not feeling very well?

Wednesday 3rd of March 2010 07:15:10 AM It is normal some women feel a little down when they are pregnant. What can we do for them is to fill them with much affection, insentive to give tours, talk about your future with the baby and to make new plans. Visit places where children, shopping for children ates and even toy stores.

Friday 5th of March 2010 04:42:38 AM Fatigue and nausea are just normal for a pregnant women in the stage [9 weeks]. Just give support to her and give her the encouragement that she needs. She can be so sensitive, but it is normal. A husband should be there with her in this stage. All these feelings will be gone after the first trimester.

Saturday 6th of March 2010 04:57:26 AM Always be with her to console. Don't show off your worry because it adds up worry to them too. It is better also to hide your true feeling just be cool and support her in her everyday situations. By that she will gain confidence in her pregnancy and enjoy it, too. Likewise, its so nice of you to very supportive to your pregnant wife. Few guys are like you.
