Looking For Ways To Stay Comfortable In Late Pregnancy.
|
I am having a lot of trouble making it through late pregnancy. I'm always hot, I feel like my stomach weighs 1000 pounds, and my hips ache every time I walk. Is there anything I can do to make late pregnancy a tad more bearable.

Saturday 6th of March 2010 06:32:58 PM you can buy a pregnancy bump belt or support belt from all good maternity shops - they help ease the pressure from your back and hips. A good supportive bra is essential as is comfortable walking shoes and no heels to ease the pressure from hips. Sip water at regular intervals to avoid dehydration

Tuesday 9th of March 2010 02:16:23 AM Yes, usually you need to change the way you think. Never think the pain or fear of child bearing. When I was pregnant , I was advise my OB for a c-section. And personally I don't want to undergo that. What I was, I stayed cool and firm, and I think I can do it normally. You must think the good things and full of spirit during pregnancy. It is the way that you think that you will have less pain and the sort of. Never think that its painful because it will double the pain.. Just relax and be cool.. listen to soothing music and let your husband console you.

Wednesday 17th of March 2010 05:52:48 AM The last trimester of pregnancy is where all the hardship, pain, discomfort and uneasiness happen. I understand how you feel and there is nothing I can say that will comfort and ease you with all the pain. Just try to relax and don't stress yourself too much. In fact walking will help you ease the pain - I've tried it in all my three pregnancies.
