Third Trimester, Pregnancy Is Getting Harder.
Now that I'm in my third trimester pregnancy is starting to really weigh on me. I am under so much pressure at work trying to get ready for my maternity leave and now that my belly is getting bigger I'm starting to get really uncomfortable. I'm having a really rough go of it trying to balance everything in my life. Between the discomfort, work pressure and trying to prepare for the baby, I feel like I'm in a tailspin. Is there anything I can do to make the third trimester of my pregnancy any easier?

There are, take a moment. Nothing at the moment is more important than your baby. Responsael is a person who wants to get everything ready before you go on maternity leave, but must be aware that it is not a super woman, so think more about themselves and their drinks and take a calmer the rest, because if not looking for nobody else will do.

First things first, write a list of the most important things you need to do and then put them in order of priority. Take each day as it comes and tackle a new item on the list. Use weekends to do things around the house like packing your maternity bag and everytime you cook a meal, make extra and freeeze the rest for when the baby comes and you have little time to cook. Get a friend or family member to help you out - my sisters spent a week at my house cleaning it all from top to bottom and helping me shop and pack. They were a Godsend.

Third trimester is really the hardest part of pregnancy. Just hold on, soon you'll have your moment - a beautiful baby right in your arms. In your office try to have a comfortable chair with a firm support for your back. Wear comfortable shoes, not so flat as you need a little heels for your back. At the end of the day, a good back massage, feet up and a glass of lukewarm water will help you at least.

Unfortunately, the third trimester is the hardest part of pregnancy. Just physically, as you've noticed, it is very hard. You need to find a way to reduce your stress level. Stress is hard on you, and hard on the baby. Get your friends and family in helping you prepare. Lots of people love to help with this, so just ask for help. Make extra time for yourself to take a nap whenever possible. You don't want to be sleep deprived before the baby is even born! See if you can start your maternity leave a few weeks before your due date so you can take some time to relax.
