You may put an ice cube inside your mouth to relieve you from the rusty taste that makes you want to vomit. Practice proper breathing so that you will not be out of oxygen all over your body which also makes you feel nauseous.

One of the best ways to deal with nausea is to eat small but frequent meals. Never let more than a couple of hour pass before eating, as an empty stomach will worsen the feeling. Dry toast is usually recommended, as is peppermint tea and cold milk, although not at the same time! I personally found that 7up, sprite or lemonade did the trick with me, as did avoiding anything spicy.

I WAS ON THE SAME POSITION AS YOU WHEN I WAS ON MY 3RD MONTH WITH MY SECOND DAUGHTER. MY DOCTOR GAVE A PILL WHICH I CAN'T REMEMBER BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE IT. WHAT I DID IS I ALWAYS HAVE ICE READY IN MY FREEZER. EVERY TIME I FEEL THIS VERY AWFUL NAUSEA AND READY TO PUKE, I HAVE AN ICE CUBE IMMEDIATELY IN MY MOUTH. IT WORKS FOR ME ACTUALLY SO WHY NOT TRY IT.

you can also try sprite/7-up with saltines. sometimes ginger root is helpful for nausea can be purchased in health stores but double check with your physician to make sure is safe for you to consume prior to ingesting. if home remedies do not work...talk to your physician about prescribing medicines like phenergan or compazine for nausea to take as needed.
