What Are The Different Pregnancy Stages?
|
I just found out that I am pregnant and am wondering what the different pregnancy stages are. I know that a pregnancy is broken down into 3 trimesters. Are these trimesters based on dates or on the stages of pregnancy?

Friday 5th of March 2010 04:48:45 AM The stages of trimesters are not based on dates. It is the stages of pregnancy, where the baby have its development. the first stage is the first 3months, and the second is 6 months. the remaining 3 months is to complete the stage. Don't worry about the dates, stages based on the development of your baby.

Friday 12th of March 2010 02:03:03 AM ACTUALLY ITS BOTH AS WELL AS BEFORE AND AFTER. STAGES OF PREGNANCY INCLUDES BIRTH PLANNING, THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TRIMESTER, THE GIVING BIRTH STAGE AND FINALLY THE POSTPARTUM STAGE. THOSE ARE SIX STAGES THAT YOU WILL PASS THROUGH, ONE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ANOTHER, AS YOU GET NEARER IT GETS HARDER AND HARDER. AND THAT'S THE AMAZING THINGS ABOUT WOMEN.

Monday 1st of March 2010 06:13:21 PM Trimesters are the name given for three distinct phases of growth for the baby, with each trimester lasting 12 weeks or three months. The first trimester is when the baby is forming and is the stage where miscarriages are most likely to happen. The 2nd trimester is when the major organs develop and the last trimester is focused on actual growth or putting weight on.

Thursday 11th of March 2010 11:14:35 AM the stages of pregnance are 3.The stages are: germinal, embryonic and fetal development.
The first stage is germination which means the moment of conception to the implementation of egg in the uterus. This stage can occur any errors in cell differentiation, such as
egg-blind. The mother is pregnant at this stage it does not know yet. This stage lasts an average of 15 days.
The second stage is the embryo that occurs soon after the embeddedness of the egg in the uterus and that is phase begins to form the baby's organs, though it is so rudimentary. And also how the sex of the baby.
The third stage is the fetus, where it gets really your baby's development. And in that period forms the neural tube and start developing for the complete formation of the baby.
hope that helps your question, good lucky!!!
