Monday 15th of February 2010 12:51:57 AM Bleeding is always a concern in pregnancy. It can be an indication that something is wrong. You may often hear your doctor ask if you have experienced any bleeding, because this is a concern. Make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. The sooner he knows about it, the more likely the possibility that something can be done if there is something wrong.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 03:56:33 AM Bleeding is never normal for a pregnant woman. Seek your OB-GYN's advise. If you're on your second phase and you are bleeding this is life threatening for you and your baby. The moment you have been bleeding should be an alarming sign for you.rRemember that a pregnant woman never ovulates so there is no reason for you to bleed but since you are now then that means there is something wrong.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 09:11:56 AM If I were you I would contact your midwife or gyna. I was told bleeding can happen because of all kind of reasons of which some are harmless and others can be more serious.
Better one time too often in touch with your midwife, I am sure this will be a question she hears more often and will be able to help you in your situation. Good luck!

Tuesday 16th of February 2010 07:46:30 PM I suggest you visit your OB. Bleeding during the 2nd phase especially if it's heavy is not normal. First trimester is the most critical months of the pregnancy, that's when miscarriages occur but if you have abnormal bleeding like that you should go to the hospital now. Second trimester should be the easiest 3 months of all the pregnancy and what you're undergoing maybe because of some complications. Rush to the hospital now.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 05:27:10 PM you should urgently go to the doctor.Something ugly might happened!
it is not normal to bleed in the second phase of your pregnancy, and definitelly not heavily bleeding.
how long you have those bleedings? If you are in phase too you maybe feel your baby kiking, do you feel him/her same way like before bleeding?
you need to go urgently to a doctor!

Monday 1st of March 2010 01:52:27 PM Vaginal bleeding is really serious and need medical attention immediately. This is something that is quite hard to see after you had your Pap smear, or internal exam. It is not immediately known upon prenatal check-up There are several causes of vaginal bleeding. It may result into possible miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, infections or premature labor and other causes. So when bleeding starts you have to go to your doctor immediately.
