No this much amount of water is just enough during this period of pregnancy. And in future too try to have this much amount of water. It would be good for your baby's growth and development.Having a plenty of water daily would not lead to pigmentation on your skin, which usually does happen to most of them during the course.

It sounds like you are right on track! The guideline for pregnant women is 8-12 eight ounce glasses of water per day. Remember to add an extra glass for any drink you have that has caffeine in it, which should be avoided anyway. Also, keep in mind that you should stay hydrated; so drink before you get thirsty! Too many of us make the mistake of thinking feeling thirsty is our body\'s way of telling us we need water, when in fact, by the time we feel thirsty, we are already dehydrated. Keep drinking that water - good job!

You are drinking the correct amount of water. Anymore and you may dilute the salt in your blood which can lower your blood pressure and make you more likely to feel faint. Listen to your body and give it what it needs. Only drink extra water if genuinely thirsty. If you are like this all the time, you need to be tested for gestational diabetes - see your Dr about this.

THE NORMAL WATER INTAKE SHOULD BE 64 OUNCES EACH DAY. YOUR CURRENT INTAKE IS JUST OKAY IN FACT THE MORE WATER YOU TAKE THE LESS RETENTION. IT ALSO HELP YOU TO AVOID CONSTIPATION WHICH ALWAYS HAPPEN DURING PREGNANCY. AND WATER GIVE YOU THE NUTRIENTS YOUR BABY NEED SO YOU CAN HAVE A HEALTHY BABY.
