Believe it or not, many women once they have children do not focus on food or fitness as much as when they were childless. How many times do we finish our children's food so as not to waste it? Big tip - reduce your daily carb quota by removing it from the last meal of the day. You should have salad, veg and some protein, but no carbs. Also, cut down portion sizes, as this too makes you not able to shift the weight. Finally, get moving more and then be patient.

it depend on your age too, if you are young you can burn your fats fast, but at some age , after 35 fats are burned slower so that's why your fat is not melt away. try a good diet, look for the NASA diet.worked for me very well.you can eat everything but you have to be in some score- less points will make your body looks like a teenager.

If you keep at a good exercise routine and a good diet, you can shed the weight. If you had tried numerous diets and exercises, you may not be sticking to the routine. Remember that you body needs time to lose the weight, use up the extra energy stored and your body may not be like the next person who loses weight so quickly.

I have a two year old, and only now has my wieght begin to taper off. I believe a lot of it had to do with my age and metabolism rate. I'm in my early thirties and once you hit this stage of your life, your metablolism rate decreases, making it harder to lose and keep the wieght off. Whatever you do, don't give up. Things will get better. Try to find a plan that you like and know you can stick with and hang in there.

The multivitamins, milk and all that you have eaten during pregnancy takes time to be totally flushed from your body.It is specially true for multivitamins. The effects of the multivitamins will be released by your body at least after 5 years from the time you have taken them especially if you are not that active. You must double time in your dieting and exercising if you really want to see results.
