Wednesday 3rd of March 2010 06:09:49 AM Pregnant women with normal weight from 10 to 16 kg What I suggest is to eat all that you desire and that you know that does not make you evil, always controlling weight, because as I mentioned at the start, the final weight for a pregnant is between 10 to 16kg.

Tuesday 9th of March 2010 09:36:51 PM IT VARIES DEPENDING ON YOUR AGE, HEIGHT AND WEIGHT. YES YOU NEED TO EAT FOOD WITH CALORIES BUT HAS TO BE LESSEN BY ABOUT 30% FROM YOUR NORMAL INTAKE. BEING HEALTHY IS EATING NUTRITIONAL FOODS RICH IN CALCIUM, PROTEINS, FAT, CARBOHYDRATES, MINERALS AND PLENTY OF WATER. IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAT YOU EAT FOOD RICH IN FOLIC ACID TO HELP YOUR BABY'S BRAIN DEVELOPMENT. FATS HOWEVER SHOULD BE CONTROLLED.

Friday 26th of February 2010 06:54:10 PM The amount of calories you need depends on your current body weight and height. If you are underweight, you would need more calories than if you were overweight. In general, a pregnant mother needs an additional 300 calories a day to sustain a baby - thats the equivalent of two large bananas! Avoid food high in fat and sugar and eat lots of fresh food whenever possible. See your ob for specific help.

Sunday 28th of February 2010 07:30:08 AM Changing your diet completely while you are pregnant could do more harm than good for your baby. You want to gradually introduce things into your diet such as, fruit and vegetables, yogurt, and even things like pasta and rice. You can still have your take out and junk food, but you want to minimize the intake of that kind of food versus the healthier stuff.
