Me & my boyfriend often have oral sex. He loves to ejaculate in my mouth & wants me to swallow his sperm evertime. My question is: Can oral sex lead to a pregnancy? Is it safe enough to have oral sex?

Oral sex cannot lead to pregnancy. Think about it - what you swallow goes to your stomach, and your female fertility organs are not in your stomach. By the time that the sperm reaches your stomach and is exposed to all the digestive enzymes, it will no longer be of any use. I don't think you have reason to be concerned.

To become pregnant, you need to have sexual intercourse so that the sperm can fertilise one of your eggs. It is impossible to become pregnant from oral sex. If you do not want to become pregnant, you should always use a condom to prevent STIs and pregnancy, and if possible another method of contraception just to be sure.
Oral sex is safe as long as neither of you have any STI's.

PREGNANCY CAN ONLY BE POSSIBLE THROUGH SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH THE SPERM RELEASING THROUGH THE VAGINA. SO ORAL SEX DOES NOT LEAD TO PREGNANCY IN ANY WAY. SEX HOWEVER WHETHER ORAL OR NOT IS NOT 100% SAFE WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION AT ALL SUCH AS CONDOMS. HIV CAN ALSO BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH MOUTH

Oral sex cannot lead to pregnancy. You do run the risk of getting an STD though. When the sperm enters your body it goes through your stomach and is broken down similar to food. Due to the high acid content in your stomach used to break down food, the sperm would never survive. Also, think of it this way, does your other food enter your reproductive system?

definitely you won't remain pregnant from swallow sperm, but as about how healthy it is , I can tell you , you can develop a lot of diseases from this.
I know you will say, you have only one partner and your partner is faithful to you, but, you will never known that.so to be sure for your own health you could try some condoms.
