Painfull Breast

I have seven months of pregnancy still to follow. My problem is that my breast are gaining a lot of weight & have become painfull. Can i do something to get some relief?

You should try using a hot wheat bag to help soothe them and try massaging with oil to keep skin elastic. What I do recommend is that you get fitted for a maternity bras as soon as possible to give your breasts proper support. If they are very painful, see your Dr who may prescribe painkillers.

There are a few things that can help. Try warm compresses on your breasts. Get a more supprtive bra that will help alleviate some of the weight. You will need a larger bra than you are used to using. Make sure you get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluid. Check with your doctor at your next visit if he has any other ideas to help.

As you are not only carrying your weight but your child's weight too,your body parts and different mammary glands will also have to attain their growth.It is usually normal but if the the pain is very severe you can apply some gel or ointment and have some kind of massage over it to have temporary relief.

AS IT GROWS IT GAIN WEIGHT AND BECOME PAINFUL, SWOLLEN, AND SOMETIMES SO SENSITIVE THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN TOUCH IT. YOUR BREAST HAS A LOT OF MILK READY FOR THE BABY TO SUCK. WHAT I NORMALLY DO WHEN IT'S REALLY REALLY VERY PAINFUL IS I USE A BREAST PUMP TO LESSEN THE MILK INSIDE. MY HUSBAND LOVES TO SUCK THE MILK OUT OF MY BREAST AND I LET HIM SPECIALLY WHEN IT REALLY HURTS.

Your breast became a little bigger and harder and also more painful, but this will be only for couple of days more .Usually they still hurts until the 3 month of pregnancy, then the pain goes away, or at least they are not so painful anymore.
It will be fine in couple of days, you will see!
