Wednesday 24th of February 2010 07:28:33 PM Actually, it would be the reverse. Being active and fit and healthy is the best way to conceive. Eat healthily, take prenatal vitamins and avoid drinking and smoking. You also need to regulate your stress levels, as this can prevent conception. Maintain a good body weight and make sure you get enough sleep as well.

Saturday 10th of April 2010 01:52:56 PM If your tests are good I guess you simply do what everybody normally do, make love LOL, sorry for my words, but that's it.
If there are some inconvenients or problems you need to find out what are their nature, phisicaly, psyhicaly or whatever.
There could be some problems stress related so you need to be more relaxed.
Good luck!

Tuesday 2nd of March 2010 01:28:52 PM I don't think that walking less should help, in fact exercise is really important. Your biggest problem may be stress. You say you are a busy executive. That sounds pretty stressful to me. Find time each day to relax and wind down. Also, as a busy executive, are you really ready to add the stress of a baby, or is it your biological clock ticking? Maybe you need to think about ways to cut back, not just to relieve stress but also to have time for your baby!

Tuesday 2nd of March 2010 11:39:26 PM I suggest that you lessen your time of work and avoid stress. Stress is the one factor that hinders pregnancy especially if you're getting older. You need more rest, and stay healthy. And take a hormone pill, because female, when already at the age 30+ estrogen starts to lessen.

Monday 8th of March 2010 11:58:46 PM FIRST GET YOURSELF TO YOUR DOCTOR AND FOLLOW ALL THE VITAMINS THAT SHALL BE PRESCRIBED SPECIALLY ON THE FOLIC ACID. YOU STILL NEED EXERCISE AND THAT WOULD BE PART OF THE LIST OF THINGS TO DO AND NOT TO DO. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS GET ENOUGH SLEEP AND RELAXING.
