I am not very sure but if you are healthy and no other pregnancy related problems you can exercise almost every day.It would be more sure to exercise just 1-3 a week. Easy and soft exercises which are specifically for pregnant women. You can find such exercise type on Youtube!

Yes, women can exercise during their pregnancy. Since you already exercise a lot, it's alright to continue your regimen but you have to be more careful. Pregnant women who are not as active are recommended to do a 2 and half minute aerobics session each week. For the busy mom, you can do a few exercises for ten minutes daily. Remember that the effects of exercise to your health during pregnancy is subjective. Consult with your doctor first before engaging in a new exercise routine.

It depends on the kind of exercise that you are doing. Vigorous exercise is definitely out but exercise is good for you. Yoga, walking and light aerobics are beenficial to pregnancy. Ask your doctor and go by the advice of experts who are qualfied. There are clinics which are specifically for women who are pregnant and guide you from one period of your pregnancy to the next.

Although I am not particulary an exercise freek, I do not think regular exercise is a problem, but it depends on the type of exercise. You might not want to be playing volleyball or boxing, but walking, jogging, swimming are forms of exercise that will keep you fit and might even help you built up enough energy to help you get through the pregnancy and the delivery.

I just had yoga and walking as my exercise when I was pregnant. Walking is very healthy, I did it everyday for 15-20 minutes a day. I hike to buy in a nearby convenience store. It helps in your flexibility during delivery. I had yoga every afternoon following a DVD, it helps on the breathing.

If your OB-GYN told you that you're on a very healthy pregnancy she will likely advise that you continue with your usual physical activities, but avoid strenuous activities. Brisk walking, swimming and mild jogging is okay so as dumbell exercises but not too heavy. Treadmill is also fine as long as you don't run as if you're a track and field player.
