Pregnancy Record

Just saw on TV somebody moulding a pop belly of a pregnant mother. I want to record my pregnancy much the same way. It will be so exiting. Any artist will to take this? I live in New York.

www.bellyloves.com lists a few artists who live in the New York area who will be happy to do a pregnancy cast for you. The casting process usually takes about an hour and a half in total. It can be uncomfortable if you are suffering from claustrophobia or nausea and vomiting.

I wanted to do that so bad, but it just never happened. Actually, you don't have to have an artist to do it. Make sure you put a lot of vasaline, and get some plaster of paris. It's the stuff they use when you see little hand print molds. Go to a hobby store and check out what they have in clay, or plaster...things like that. After you have the mold, you can paint it any way you want. I don't know if you are with the baby's father; but if you are this could be a very special project you can do together. Another fun thing is painting your belly. If you still want a professional artist, go down to SoHo and I'm sure you will find someone to mold your belly. Enjoy your belly while you have it, there will be a time when you miss it. Take care, Peace

Yes dear in your city you do have many artist available you can search via internet as well or google earth will help you for their location.
And on internet their are many websites available to taught you the moulding you can by yourself do that. just hv to browse moulding techniques....... you have number of results in it.

wow! what an interesting idea! i have never heard of such thing but it probably find someone who can do it for a specific amount of money.
This would be a great memory together with your 4D pictures and also digitals one.
I wish you luck! Oh and you can check on some forums or craiglist about it.i am sure you can find something about
