Absolutely not! The ability for a man to get a woman pregnant depends on many things, but certainly not his size! Even men with very small genitalia are able to get a woman pregnant. Try missionary position and stay still on your back for as long as possible. Ensure you are taking prenatal vitamins and are eating well and working out. If after two years there is still no luck, then you need to see your Dr who will arrange to do some tests.

Penile Size doesn't necessarily mean that he may not be able to produce a child. As a matter of fact, there are men with small penis that can have lots of children. Sperm or Spermatozoa production is the matter you should focus on if it is the man under consideration. The number of active and alive sperm cells in one ejaculation is very essential to determine whether he can have a child. That is why whenever you would go to a fertility doctor, both of you will be examined to trace who has a deficiency or whether the two of you just don't have compatible blood types. There are so many factors to attribute your situation to. But penile size is not one of them.

I am not sure why you use question mark at the end of the sentence -although I am satisfied sexually-it was a question or a statement? Anyway, it has nothing to do with fertility and procreation. If the spermatozoids are fully healthy and ok the procreation will happen right away. They will swim until the egg and will fecundate it. So don't worry!

You have a wonderful sexual relationship with your husband and that's great. Let me assuage your fears a little - not being pregnant just after a year of marriage isn't usually a big deal; just allow yourselves sail into the 18th month, then you can begin to get a little worried and perhaps seek medical help. The size of penis is not the determining factor in conception, like basic biology tells us, it's the semen quality that matters. Enjoy your husband, and soon enough the pregnancy should come.

Small penis has nothing to do with fertility. It is all about semen and the egg, the ovulation period and all those things. And satisfaction with your intercourse has nothing to do with pregnancy either. Semen is very sensitive, out of 1,000 probably only 1 can live to get you pregnant. Be patient and just work on it, it will come in due time.
