Most Fertile
I am planning for a pregnancy. I have a normal mensuration cycle. Want to know when i am most fertile. Are there any post pregnancy fertility enhancer diets or foods i can start on?

Your most fertile time of your menstruation cycle is the week before your period. If you have been trying to get pregnant and been unsuccessful, you might want to get your thyroid levels checked. This is one thing that can lead to infertility but is often not checked. Do whatever you can to be healthy, it will help for a better pregnancy.

if your period is normal of 28 you have your ovulation starting from 13 till a6 of the month.but to be more sure you can have some ovulation test.Those tests will show you what days are you fertile and what days you are not.But as I said you need to check on the 13 day.

In cases of women who have religiously period of 28 to 28 days, the fertile period is 14 days after the period. In these cases the woman must have sex between 12 and 16 after the coming period. If the menstrual cycle is 35 days, the woman should have sexual relations from 16 days before coming to the period or 19 days after the period. If the menstrual cycle is 40 days, to have sexual relations from 16 days before coming period, and 24 days after the period, and so on. It is advisable that the couple has sex for about 5 or 6 days near the fertile period.

For normal menstruation cycle, ovulation oftentimes happen within 14 days before the next menstruation. You actually don't need to count on this so much as sperm can live for about 24 hours. You don't need to have sex on the same day you are fertile, it can be done before and after your fertility period.

You are most fertile about 2 weeks from your last period. Foods you should be eating should include wholegrains, fresh fruit and veg, foods rish in calcium such as milk and yogurt, low mercury fish, citrus fruits and rice. You should also include prenatal vitamins and stay off alcohol and cigarettes, caffiene and drugs. Drink lots of fluid and avoid stress and processed food.
