Monday 22nd of February 2010 07:19:43 PM Soreness is usually caused by the flood of hormones in the body which will cause your breasts to enlarge - and this is when the soreness can kick in. They can feel tender and hot to the touch. Some women are more bothered by this than others. Wear comfortable maternity bras that have been fitted by a trained professional and let your breasts 'relax' by going bra-less at night if this is comfortable for you. About a month before your baby is due, you will need to get fitted for a nursing bra.

Monday 1st of March 2010 05:22:09 PM Your breasts are going to be sore and tender. If it is just a general achyness, try using a heating pad or warm compress. If it is more localized, or if there is dryness or cracking, talk to your doctor about what creams or lotions might be advisable to help.

Tuesday 2nd of March 2010 04:53:53 PM you need to prepare your breasts from the middle of the pregnancy.Especially if you are in your first pregnancy , but not only. The nipples need to be moisturezed every day.Other way you will have some bleeding nipples when breast feeding.
and also you can make stretch marks on the swollen breasts.
so a lot of cream won't hurt!

Sunday 7th of March 2010 12:32:18 AM Sore breast are part of pregnancy and yes it is just normal. It comes and go until you get to your final-mester. My mother used to say, "Don't worry. It's producing more milk for your baby." Which is true and it gets more painful when I gave birth.
