Back Or Stomach: Which Is Best?

All the experts and doctors tell me to put my daughter on her back to sleep, but she spits up a lot. Should I be laying her on her stomach to sleep? Can she choke on her spit up if she is laying on her back?

Better to let him lie on side sleep. For me this is the best position for sleeping baby, lying on side. However, there are also instances that he sleep on back, but you should see him once in a while or check him if he is on that position to ensure safety.
