How To Breast Feed An Infant While Working?

Hi, My name is Natalia and I am a working mom as well. I like to breast feed my baby but I am a working mom as well and can not breast feed my little one frequently. Please give me some suggestions that how I can provide breast milk to my baby while working as well?

I suggest you bring good container with you in the office and of course a pump breast. Once you feel milk is pouring in your breast, you can start pumping it in the container, then the milk you can preserve it by putting in the fridge, then when your opt to go home you can bring it with you. Hence, you must have the cooling containers to preserve the freshness of milk during your way home travel.
