Pollen, Dust, Dander, & Mold

My twin boys who are now 3 years old, are into everything. They are allergic to so much that is outside, but I can't keep them in the house. I want them to be able to go out and play and enjoy the weather. What medicine would be best for them? Will this medicine be available over the counter?

I think you must try to exposed your children outside slowly from time to time. Sometimes it is difficult if we parents are so much over protective to our children. Sometimes children are prone to allergies if we are so clean to them. Better let them enjoy being a child, may exposed to some dirt but should be monitored.
