Concerning About Day Care Staff...

Hi, I am stuck with the non competency and highly UN professional attitude of the staff of my child's day care center. None of them is well trained and qualified enough to handle the children according to psychological ways. What sort of questions I should ask about the staff of new day care of my baby?

Questions like where there are instances that child had unusual tantrums and crying, you may ask them how do they handle these. Also, what usually they do when sometimes child feel thier nature of culture like they want to pee and pooh. Also, you may ask them how are they interacting with your child in the usual manner, by this time I think you can see if they are capable as day care child center.
