How Can I Know About The Heath And Safety Policies Of A Day Care Center?

I am Jane and I have a baby daughter Barbra, who happens to be an extremely sensitive child. Barbra is high demand baby as well and she wants extra care. I want to know that how can I know about the health and safety policies of the day care center because I am really conscious about health and safety issues and I don't want that Barbra will have any health or security issue in her day care center.What to do please help?
