I Don't Know Where To Get Information About Day Cares For My Little One?

I am Susan and we have recently moved to Manhattan. We are working parents and neither of us can quit a job nor we can hire a nanny for our daughter because we had a terrible experience about a nanny who proved to be highly irresponsible. Please give me some suggestion where to start and how to look out a nice day care center for my baby.
